Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers, responding to their inquiries, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a virtual or call center environment
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in a related field is an asset


Preferred Qualifications:
