Your primary duties will include: * **Customer Champion**: You will be the difference between a happy customer and a disconnected phone line. Our customers deserve the absolute best service when calling in, and we know that you can be part of that solution. On average, you will take about 4+ calls per hour from our customers, providing them with accurate and timely information to resolve their issues. * **Technology Troubleshooter**: When it comes to explaining cellular phones, billing, or answering general questions from our customers, you will be the expert. Not only will you be able to answer questions, but you will also be the solution! Customers will require assistance with how to operate their phone, and you will be there to guide them through the process. * **Highly Organized and Motivated**: This role requires you to be at your best throughout your entire shift. Since you will be working from home, you will have to be self-motivated and committed to being available and present for our customers during your shift, except for your assigned breaks and lunch. We also require at least 6 months of customer service experience. Remote customer service experience is preferred. * **Office Computer Skills**: You will need basic computer skills (general typing, use of common software applications, and ability to navigate the internet). * **Work from Home Requirements**: + **Internet Connection**: You will need to have at least an upload speed of 20 MBPS and a download speed of 100 MBPS. Internet providers that are NOT compatible include; satellite, wi-fi, or cellular data. + **Distraction-Free Workplace**: You will need to provide an office setting in your home. Somewhere you can close out the world and noise so the customer can hear YOU. + **Location**: While you work from home, you must be within 50 miles of a arenaflex facility. This is because we believe you should have the freedom to have team interaction when you choose.
