**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer questions about account balances, transactions, payment schedules, and reward programs.
* Handle billing inquiries, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention with accuracy and empathy.
* Assist customers in understanding and using careerzynith services and benefits.
* De-escalate challenging situations and find solutions that protect both the customer and the company.

**Qualifications:**
