Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Care Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through empathy, expertise, and innovative solutions. You will engage with entrepreneurs and leaders, understand their needs, and suggest the right arenaflex products and services to address their requirements. Key Responsibilities

Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex products and services
Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex services
Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a high-speed, organized client care environment
Document important record data according to established policies and procedures
Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Customer support experience (two years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (two years+)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
High school diploma or equivalent required. Education benefits available


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, account management, or customer service
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
