Main Responsibilities

Assist customers and other advisors via phone, email, and web with questions about billing/insurance verification, products, or services

Carefully identify the answers to the questions you expect our customers to have in each interaction, providing personalized support and guidance
Take a hands-on approach to solve any problem, learning from beginning to end, or separating pharmacists from pharmacists if clinical advice is needed
Deliver the best service experience to our customers, operating in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and resilience
Assist with customer inquiries regarding their insurance and payments, as well as shipping needs, providing technical assistance and support as required

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Must live in the state of Arizona, with a reliable high-speed internet connection from DSL, cable, or fiber-optic (minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload)
High school diploma or equivalent, with more than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
Multi-tasking experience and phone and computer skills, with the ability to work in a private environment free of distractions
Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with two weeks' notice, and work in a flexible environment that may require more or less time due to business requirements
