Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring that customers receive the information they need regarding Blithequark's products and services. Assist customers with account-related questions and provide solutions to their problems, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions. Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system for future reference, ensuring that all interactions are logged and easily accessible. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies, participating in training sessions and continuous learning to enhance customer service skills. Work closely with the customer support team to resolve queries related to accounts, billing, and transactions, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer-centricity. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in using computers and chat software, with experience in a customer service role being a plus.
