**Role Overview**
As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with warm leads provided by the company to assess client needs
* Present our products and services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
* Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and business
* Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success
* Collaborate with management to continuously refine strategies
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
