Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in Brazil. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide live chat support and administrative assistance to our senior leaders and teams. Key Responsibilities Provide live chat support to customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist with the execution and implementation of ad-hoc tasks and projects, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team Support the organization and coordination of events, market visits, team meetings, and other activities Aid senior leaders with the onboarding process for new team members and internal developments, including business training and call monitoring Manage travel arrangements, calendar organization, and expense reports for senior leaders Coordinate and oversee conferences, meetings, and other events, making necessary arrangements such as logistics, catering, and meeting materials Support key HR reporting and complex presentations Offer additional administrative support to senior leaders as needed Manage contract signature processes and access to administration systems Essential Qualifications Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) Administrative support experience in a large organization Experience interacting with senior leaders and providing exceptional support High attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and networking skills to build and maintain effective professional relationships across all areas of the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a unique and dynamic environment High level of proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), with Salesforce experience being a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment Knowledge of financial services and products Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Certification in administrative support or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
