Job Summary
As an Experienced Virtual Assistant – Guest Relations and Operations Support for careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in Guesty and Operto Teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise. You will be working closely with our Guest Relations team to provide support for guests, resolve issues, and achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status. You will also be responsible for reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams, reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, and building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor.
Key Responsibilities
Screen Potential Guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
Respond to guest inquiries and communicate and escalate issues to Management via Slack
Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional support to guests
Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluency in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
Experience with Guesty and/or Operto Teams, with a deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues
Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service or guest relations
Knowledge of business financials/accounting
Experience in 3rd party vendor relations
