• *Key Responsibilities**

As an experienced Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
• Squarespace mobile edits: Update and refine existing Squarespace pages to ensure a seamless user experience on mobile devices.
• Email marketing: Assist with email campaigns, including copy/pasting and formatting emails in Active Campaign, and replying to emails in a personable and thoughtful way.
• Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Administrative tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as trimming and uploading Zoom calls to various platforms, and completing other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• *Long-term Opportunities**

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is willing to commit to 3-5 hours of work per week on an ongoing basis. As our business partner and I continue to grow and expand, we envision a long-term relationship with a skilled Virtual Assistant who can provide technical and marketing support.

• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related field

• Familiarity with Active Campaign and other email marketing tools

• Experience with Zoom and other video conferencing platforms

• Certification in Virtual Assistance or a related field
