About the Role We are looking for a talented virtual assistant who can provide top-notch customer service to our guests, vendors, and internal teams. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience. If you are a proficient communicator, able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to guests, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat Screen potential guests, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Respond to guest inquiries, communicate with guests, and escalate issues to management via Slack Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor, and assist with the onboarding of accounting systems Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management Essential Qualifications Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus, with the ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging Deep familiarity with ChatGPT and the ability to use it to enhance guest communication Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoIP to communicate with guests and vendors Available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones with perfect English and grammar Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field Knowledge of business financials and accounting principles Experience with 3rd party vendor relations and tertiary market management Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (11p-7am CST) Skills and Competencies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to learn new software and systems quickly Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
