**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our customer-facing operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing incoming customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger
* Conducting valuations of goods for trade-in customers, using online marketplaces like eBay as a reference
* Issuing postage labels and ensuring customers receive their payments
* Listing goods on eBay, when capacity allows
* Responding to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**
* Process incoming customer inquiries and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct valuations of goods for trade-in customers, taking into account desired profit margins, postage costs, and other factors
* Issue postage labels and ensure customers receive their payments
* List goods on eBay, when capacity allows
* Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and make informed decisions
* Proficiency in using online marketplaces like eBay and social media platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger
