**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* **Guest and Reservation Management**: Process reservations, manage guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
* **Virtual Property Management**: Coordinate with property managers, housekeeping staff, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient guest experiences.
* **Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services, linen supplies, and other essential amenities for our properties.
* **Address Guest Issues and Resolve Them in a Timely and Efficient Manner**: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high review rating.
* **Process Reservations and Provide Accurate Information**: Manage reservations, process payments, and provide guests with essential information about their stay.

**Success Metrics**

To measure your success in this role, we will track the following key performance indicators:

* **Maintain a Quick Response Rate to All Inquiries**: Respond to guest inquiries within a timely and efficient manner.
* **Resolve All Guest Issues with a High Sense of Urgency in Less than 3 Hours or ASAP**: Address guest issues promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
* **Contribute to a Review Rating of 4.8 or Higher**: Maintain a high review rating by delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Essential Qualifications**

To excel in this role, you will need:

* **2+ Years of Customer Service Experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
* **2+ Years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience**: Experience in managing short-term rentals or vacation properties.
* **Availability to Work During Normal U.S. Business Hours**: Be available to work during standard business hours to ensure seamless guest experiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:

* **Experience with Airbnb Customer Service**: Familiarity with Airbnb's customer service platform and processes.
* **Ability to Work with Multiple Technology Platforms in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms, including CRM software, property management systems, and other essential tools.
* **Tech Savvy**: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other essential software.
