Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for managing our properties, addressing guest issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for * Guest and Reservation Management Process reservations, manage guest communications, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods. * Virtual Property Management Coordinate with our property owners, manage property listings, and ensure that all properties are accurately represented on our platform. * Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination Schedule and coordinate with our cleaning teams, ensure that properties are cleaned and prepared for guests, and manage any issues that may arise. * Guest Issue Resolution Address guest issues in a timely and efficient manner, resolve conflicts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure that every guest has an unforgettable stay. * Platform Management Manage our platform, including responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our property owners. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need * 2+ years of Customer Service Experience Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional service. * 2+ years of Vacation Rental Customer Service or Hotel Experience Experience in the short-term rental industry, with a focus on managing properties, addressing guest issues, and providing exceptional customer service. * Availability to Work during Normal U.S. Business Hours Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours, with flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed.
