You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations * Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations **Schedule and Flexibility** As a remote work from home contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. Our contractors typically work during weekdays and daytime hours, but we offer the flexibility to choose your own schedule within client and contract hours of operation. **Earnings and Revenue** Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour.
