Tutor/Clinician Role: Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group instruction to students, implementing specific lesson plans under the guidance of Learning Center leadership. Utilize our proprietary curriculum to deliver high-quality instruction and facilitate student progress. Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to create a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our electronic system. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and program updates. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: A passion for helping others reach their full potential. Excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to type notes while leading engaging sessions. Monday to Friday availability. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or actively pursuing a degree. Prior teaching or tutoring experience (not required, but beneficial).
