We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, innovative solutions, and a culture of excellence that values teamwork, diversity, and inclusion. **About the Role** As a TRICARE Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers via phone, chat, email, or written correspondence. You will respond to inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments, utilizing sound judgment and available tools to resolve customer issues on the initial contact.
