Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from travelers and travel advisors, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate our range of travel insurance products. Utilizing a consultative sales approach, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and recommend tailored solutions to protect them against the risks associated with their travel plans. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls from travelers and travel advisors, responding to inquiries and providing expert guidance on our range of travel insurance products Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customers' unique needs and recommend tailored solutions to protect them against the risks associated with their travel plans Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner Meet state licensing requirements to sell insurance, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and developments Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think outside the box and respond to complex customer inquiries. A proven track record of sales experience is beneficial, as is experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of domestic and international travel and geography.
