**Job Summary**

The Executive Customer Relations (ECR) team at careerzynith is responsible for managing transportation-related escalations, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing systemic changes to improve customer experience. As an Experienced Transportation Representative – Executive Customer Relations, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, leaders, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to inquiries from leaders and resolve contacts received through escalation channels in a timely and professional manner
* Communicate effectively and professionally with Customer Service (CS) and non-CS departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues
* Conduct detailed root cause analysis to identify systemic and quality concerns contributing to poor customer experiences
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to implement process or technology changes that address customer defects
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the careerzynith Network to develop proactive rescue mechanisms, solutions, and systemic fixes to improve customer experience
* Work independently, self-motivated, and demonstrate flexibility in approaching responsibilities and change

**Essential Qualifications**

* Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
* Prior experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and improving satisfaction
* Demonstrates flexibility in work hours based on operational requirements

* Displays good judgment and discretion, with excellent decision-making skills to effectively manage the needs of the customer and business

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Prior experience in Customer Service, with a focus on transportation-related issues
* Perfection in responses to internal leaders is required, with a focus on clear and concise communication
* Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
