**Job Summary**
As a Translation Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality translations for our global organization. You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to meet tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders, and create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors.
* Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, and respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors.
* Request feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinate with vendors for implementation, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
* Utilize project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.

**Basic Qualifications**
