Create and manage translation projects in our Translation Management System (TMS) by outsourcing to vendors and coordinating project delivery timelines based on project volumes and translation review process needs. Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, providing effective solutions and communicating with internal stakeholders and vendors as needed. Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation, ensuring that all translations meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Utilize project management methodologies, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the business and exceed customer expectations.
