**Experienced Translation Program Specialist – Global Localization and Project Management**

**Job Summary**
As a Translation Program Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality translations for our global organization. You'll work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to tight deadlines. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal teams and stakeholders
* Create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors
* Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes and translation/review process needs
* Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements
* Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors and request feedback from internal stakeholders and vendors for implementation
* Use project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business

* 2+ years of experience in project management and localization
