**Your Role**

As a Text Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers directly on our website, addressing their questions and concerns through text-based chat. **Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field; prior experience in text-based chat support a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to follow instructions accurately
* Availability to engage in chat support for 10+ hours each week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
* Reliable internet connection and a compatible device (phone, tablet, laptop) for accessing chat platforms and social media

**Preferred Qualifications**
