Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support, and we're seeking highly motivated and production-driven individuals to join our team as Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representatives. **Position Overview** As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a temporary, remote basis in response to catastrophe relief efforts. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You'll work a flexible schedule, choosing your available hours from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST. **Key Responsibilities** As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs * Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process * Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately * Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions * Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries **Computer and Network Requirements** To perform this role, you'll need to meet the following computer and network requirements: * Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home * Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc. * Network Requirements: + Upon hire, you must run a Speedtest from the computer you'll be working from (www.speedtest.net) + Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended + You must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US **Desired Characteristics** We're looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
