**Job Summary**

As a Temporary Copy Editor - Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, alignment, and accessibility of K-12 lesson content. You'll work closely with our content, technology, and education experts to review, edit, and update pre-written lessons according to careerzynith's rigorous standards. **Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure the accuracy, alignment, and accessibility of K-12 lesson content, adhering to careerzynith's standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with a team of content, technology, and education experts to review, edit, and update pre-written lessons.
* Follow established workflows and editing best practices in the editing process, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
* Work remotely for approximately three months with a flexible schedule, requiring minimal supervision and maximum autonomy.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith's content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS), with a focus on data entry, content proofing, and updating.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality and effectiveness of careerzynith's educational content.

**Requirements**

* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks with high efficiency and quality.
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of experts and stakeholders.
+ Proven experience in copy editing and lesson planning, with a focus on aligning lesson plans to educational standards and learning objectives.
+ Familiarity with data entry into LMS and CMS platforms, with the ability to proof and update content as needed.
+ Knowledge of digital accessibility and inclusion best practices for online learning.
+ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work with excellent efficiency and high quality.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, team-based environment with high quality, accuracy, and innovation standards.
+ Knowledge of music-related terminology and/or music experience, with a focus on developing engaging lesson materials.
+ Familiarity with UX design principles, with a focus on creating user-centered and engaging lesson materials.
