We're committed to helping our employees achieve their full potential and reach their career goals. **Responsibilities** As a Telehealth Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Respond to patient and family inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media * **Resolving Issues**: Calmly and professionally resolve customer concerns and issues * **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate * **Requesting Assistance**: Respond to requests for assistance and process payments * **Tracking Call Information**: Record and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * **Providing Feedback**: Share feedback on call issues and opportunities for improvement * **Upselling**: Offer relevant products or services to patients and families **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
