**Responsibilities**

As a Tele Chat / Phone Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to incoming phone calls and chat messages from members promptly and professionally, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
* Assisting members with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution, providing guidance on products, services, and online banking platforms.
* Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up as needed to ensure seamless member experiences.
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for our members.
* Staying up-to-date with careerzynith's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide expert advice and support.
