We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Teen Data Entry Crew Manager to join our remote team! As a Crew Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading a small team of data entry workers, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. This part-time, entry-level leadership role is perfect for a teen aged 16-18 who's eager to take on new challenges and develop their leadership skills.
About the Role
As a Data Entry Crew Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Entering and reviewing basic data (lists, records, digital forms)
Assigning and tracking tasks for a small team of 3-5 teen data entry workers
Ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met
Reporting weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator
Helping new hires understand basic tools and task flow
Your Responsibilities
As a Crew Manager, you'll be the point of contact for your team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading by example and demonstrating a strong work ethic
Communicating effectively with your team and senior coordinators
Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns within your team
Providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members
Staying organized and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines
