Your expertise will be crucial in driving business solutions, collaborating with other Innovation Colleagues, and providing counsel or solutions within your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Apply information and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
Collaborate with other Innovation Colleagues to provide counsel or solutions within their area of expertise
Stay informed about current developments within their area of expertise
Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Evaluate effort and value for solutions
Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/architectures
Verify information and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
Establish or follow prioritization process to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency to keep moving
Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction
Monitor program risks, issues, and scope proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
May perform other work duties as directed by Employee's Supervisors


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in business analysis, process modeling, and technical conditions. You should have proficient knowledge of software development approaches, as well as excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills to work effectively with different teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications
