* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams
* Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
* Offering additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell while maintaining a customer-centric approach

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our clients and internal teams
* Technical support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products
* High school diploma or GED, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to resolving complex issues
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers and internet-based applications
