Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Providing technical support and service to clients via phone, email, and chat * Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products * Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases * Maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables * Offering additional products and services to clients * Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile **Your Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
