As a Technical Support - Customer Service Representative (Remote Night Shift), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients and customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet. * Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide informed and effective support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
**Requirements**
* Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
* 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (night shift)
* Technical support experience preferred, but not required
* High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
* Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
