**Responsibilities**
As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance
* Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and careerzynith's products and services, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
* Maintaining a broad knowledge of careerzynith's products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
* Offering additional products and services to customers, based on their needs and preferences
* Delivering expert customer experiences, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and supported
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong focus on building customer relationships, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or customer-facing role
* Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work arrangements
* Technical support experience is preferred, but not required
* A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in computer skills and technical knowledge
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from, with a reliable internet connection and a smartphone
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Eagerness to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and careerzynith's products and services
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with experience using desktop or laptop computers and internet-based applications
* A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing, with a work computer provided depending on the position offered
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred, as is experience working with similar products and services.
