Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, with a focus on technical operations and customer support
Strong technical knowledge of network switching and routing, with experience in enterprise video distribution, encoding, and sound systems
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, with a focus on technical operations and customer support
Advanced technical knowledge of network switching and routing, with experience in enterprise video distribution, encoding, and sound systems
