**A Day in the Life**

As a Technical Program Manager at careerzynith, you'll be part of a high-performing team that thrives on solving complex problems. You'll work closely with Product Managers, other TPMs, and development teams to define, design, and deliver complex product features that meet customer needs. Your day will be filled with:

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technology strategy and project execution
* Managing program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path to ensure efficient delivery
* Developing technical specifications and system integration, and evaluating new ideas and design choices
* Identifying bottlenecks, risks, and issues, and providing escalation management, trade-offs, and mitigations
* Engaging with and influencing senior leadership, and keeping stakeholders informed through regular reporting and status reviews

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Interacting with Product Managers, other TPMs, and development teams to define, design, and deliver complex product features
* Managing all aspects of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path
* Developing technical specifications and system integration, and evaluating new ideas and design choices
* Identifying bottlenecks, risks, and issues, and providing escalation management, trade-offs, and mitigations
* Driving the technology strategy, collaborating with business and development teams to analyze the cost/benefit of project selection
* Engaging with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, senior leadership, and keeping everyone informed through regular reporting, status reviews, and other mechanisms

**Essential Qualifications**

* 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
* 2+ years of software development experience
* 3+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience
* Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

**Skills and Competencies**

* Strong technical program management skills, with experience in managing complex projects and programs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, risks, and issues
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
* Strong technical knowledge of software development, including programming languages, data structures, and algorithms

**Compensation and Benefits**

careerzynith offers a competitive compensation package, including:

* Base pay ranging from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market
* Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package
