You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and implementing business suggestions based on data insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to improve **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics) * Four-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * Three years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management * Three years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * Three years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * Three years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical program management skills, with experience leading complex projects from start to finish * Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement through data analysis * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to create effective dashboards and reports * Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve business outcomes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
