You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in helping us to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, drive process improvement, and ensure that our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaled expectations, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and following up on opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, mathematics) * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling information collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team of professionals * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to the latest cloud infrastructure and data analytics tools and technologies * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
