You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise in technical program management, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics will be essential in driving business outcomes and delivering high-quality results. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward * Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners * Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and controlling data collections using SQL * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure and data analytics, with experience working with cloud-based technologies and data analytics tools * Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure and data analytics, with experience working with cloud-based technologies and data analytics tools * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels * Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes * Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall * Strong technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documents **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
