**Job Summary**
As a Technical Program Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of cloud infrastructure and data analytics projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop and implement cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and deliver solutions, and drive process improvement
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and following up on opportunities to drive growth
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and controlling data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
