**Job Summary**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end analysis, including data collection, analysis, ongoing metrics, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a focus on technical program management
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
