**Job Summary**
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure and data analytics initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics)
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
* 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
