You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis and insights. If you're a seasoned program manager with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server Farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data gathering, analysis, and presentation * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to move forward **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and data analytics * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
