Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC)
Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations
Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders
Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and business partners
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical programs
3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects
Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL
Excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals
3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles
Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with cloud-based technologies, including infrastructure, platform, and software-as-a-service (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
