Job Overview As a Technical Editor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting content creators, advocating for clients, and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our technical content. You will work closely with a team of editors to define quality standards, manage content freshness, scale editorial capabilities, and provide editing support. Your expertise will be essential in driving content cycles for high-priority initiatives across teams and organizations. Key Responsibilities Support content makers by providing insights into proper formatting, suitable audience, and best use of language Advocate for clients by ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable content that addresses client needs Improve and update templates and style guides for agile workflows and help define and implement optimal editorial workflow for given projects Manage content cycles for high-need initiatives across teams and organizations Collaborate with editors from various teams to align on best practices and maintain functional alignment Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
