**Experienced Talent Manager (Administrative & Customer Support) – Business Development & Client Relationship Expert**

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their goals. You'll also be responsible for marketing blithequark's services to potential clients, conducting in-person meetings, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, you'll work closely with our recruitment team to source and place top talent in administrative and customer support roles. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions * Conduct in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers to market blithequark's services * Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled administrative and customer support professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities * Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates * Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates * Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase blithequark's presence in the local business community * Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and place top talent in administrative and customer support roles * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 1+ years of experience in administrative or customer support roles, preferably in a staffing or recruitment agency * 2+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in developing new business in a metrics-driven environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets * Knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any contact management application (Salesforce) * Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in developing new business in a metrics-driven environment * Experience working in a staffing or recruitment agency, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity * Experience participating in local trade association and networking events to increase blithequark's presence in the local business community **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any contact management application (Salesforce) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
