Job Overview The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will play a critical role in executing our overall Talent Acquisition strategy for their respective Market Units. As a trusted advisor to our business leaders, you will drive recruiting efforts, build external relationships, and manage relationships with Market Unit Leaders. Your goal will be to ensure that our staffing needs are met, and that we are attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute all Talent Acquisition strategies to support your assigned Region, including full lifecycle recruiting efforts Manage all client management activities within your assigned Region, building relationships and trust with Market Unit Leaders to effectively gauge needs and influence hiring decisions Partner with Hiring Managers to clearly define the accountabilities of the position and candidate success factors, ensuring that we are presenting the best-qualified candidates for each role Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans for your assigned regions, creating candidate pipelines, reducing time to fill, and improving candidate quality Present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely manner, providing consultation on hiring decisions and influencing candidate career decisions Coach and train Hiring Managers and other stakeholders regarding staffing processes and policies, driving consistent candidate selection methods and ensuring successful onboarding of new hires Maintain activity in our applicant tracking system, completing documentation and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree (4 years) or knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years of work experience Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset Ability to proactively manage the sourcing and recruiting process, presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers in a timely manner Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to reduce risks to the company Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A Bachelor's degree (4 years) in Human Resources or a related field Knowledge acquired through 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the needs of the business and develop strategies to meet those needs Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to reduce risks to the company Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms Career Growth Opportunities At Workwarp, we are committed to providing our teammates with opportunities for growth and development.
