We're seeking an experienced Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative to join our remote team in California. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and their families, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both English and Tagalog
* Provide accurate and timely information about careerzynith services, policies, and procedures
* Resolve patient complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and concerns
* Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills
* Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and processes

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
* Fluency in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to communicate complex information in both languages
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment a plus
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
