Experienced Synchronous Virtual Medical Scribe
CCT has two openings for experienced virtual (synchronous) medical scribes with experience charting live directly in an EHR. In this role, you will utilize Zoom to virtually accompany a clinical provider charting real time with each patient visit. Knowledge of Elation Health EHR a plus. Compensation: Compensation begins at $14.00 - $15.50 per hour. Schedule: As this is a live position you are required to be at your desk and ready for the next patient and are only able to break in line with the provider's schedule. 1st position - Mon 12-7, Tues 12-7, Thurs 12-7, and Fri 12-3. 2nd position - Tues 12-7, Wed 10-1, and Fri 10-1. Experience • Strong medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare documentation an ABSOLUTE MUST! • Must have EHR Scribe documentation experience • Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. • Need for experience in multiple specialities. System Requirements • Must own a Windows-based (Windows 10 or newer) desktop/laptop computer with at least a 24" screen/external monitor (preferred) or larger - utlizing a MOUSE. Please do not apply if you do not utilize a mouse. Laptop touch pads are not acceptable in this position. • Must have a reliable, secure, and private high-speed internet connection (WiFi is not permitted, must be hard-wired with an Ethernet cable) • Must have minimum 3.8Mbps upload speed and 3.0Mbps download speed • Requires a microphone. Workspace Requirements • Must have a quiet and private workspace/office that has a door and not visible to others. HIPAA Compliant. • Remote in Pennsylvania residence only. Skills and Abilities • Proficiency in synchronous EHR Scribe Documentation (Elation Health EHR experience preferred). • Ability to keep up with a fast paced provider in a busy office setting. • Strong work ethic and professionalism. • Training time is live and requires immediate jump in. • Experience as a remote worker • Must be a US resident and authorized to work in the US in the state of Pennsylvania. Essential Functions • Accurately document live/synchronous medical office visits. • Interact professionally with physician/provider and capture all pertinent information within EHR in real time. • Navigation through the EHR. Preference given to those with Elation Health EHR experience. • Remote working and organizational skills. • Communication and professionalism • Utilize Zoom to remain connected for duration of Virtual Scribe shift.
