**Key Responsibilities**

As a Support Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Empowering families and children by connecting them with community resources and advocating on their behalf
* Assisting families and children in sustaining their achievements independently
* Providing support and services to children and families who have found permanency, whether through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or as aged-out youth
* Developing and maintaining relationships with community partners and resources to ensure seamless support for families and children
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support and services for families and children
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports, as required
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Compensation**

The average hourly compensation for this role is $19.06, which includes wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differentials, etc.
