Experienced Student Customer Service Coordinator – Recreational Facilities and Events

**Job Summary:**

As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patrons, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a positive and approachable demeanor that promotes patron-employee relations
* Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas, providing solutions and referrals as needed
* Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry duties
* Participate in special event set-up and operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
* Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building, providing immediate assistance and support
* Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for all patrons

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications (or obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
* BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
* Knowledge of careerzynith's policies and procedures, or a willingness to learn and adapt
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
* Familiarity with event planning and execution, or a willingness to learn and participate in special events

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
